Q:How to book a ride?
A: You can book online, by phone, or via WeChat. For online booking, please provide your ride time, location, vehicle type, and other details. After submission, our customer service team will confirm your request within 1 hours.
Q:What does the price include?
A: The quote includes vehicle rental, driver service, fuel, tolls, and parking fees. Toll and parking charges are billed based on actual usage; all other costs are covered.
Q:Can I temporarily cancel or modify my order?
A: Free cancellation or modification if you cancel more than 24 hours before your ride; a 50% fee applies for cancellations within 24 hour of the scheduled time; full charge applies for cancellations on the day of your ride.
Q:Do you provide invoices?
A: We can issue official VAT invoices, including both special and general VAT invoices. Please provide your billing details at the time of booking; invoices will be issued after the service is completed.
